We put so much effort into perfecting the art of gelato-making… that we went as far as designing, producing and trademarking our own special vending tray, in order to ensure the optimal storage of our precious, perishable Gelato! Pasqualina uses an insulated ice-cream container made of a Styrofoam frame forged in a rectangular shape and a plastic grid of 12 niches.
Each niche represents the size of a single gelato scoop, so that the Pasqualina vending tray can carry up to 12 gelato scoops, totaling 1 Kilo of gelato. A smaller format is also available, designed to carry 6 gelato scoops, or 500 gr. of gelato. Both handy and stylish, the Pasqualina vending tray forms a colorful palette of gelato scoops that revolutionizes the way we sell and transport Gelato. Stored in single, free-standing scoops, the various gelato flavors don’t melt or mix together, and the capacious plastic grid prevent the gelato scoops from dripping and overflowing into the side compartments. No more unwanted, distasteful flavor confusion such as lemon on chocolate, vanilla on mint, coffee on melon! Last but not least, the new Pasqualina vending tray preserves gelato scoops longer and better than any other gelato container as it ensures a more consistent, uniform temperature throughout the gelato mass.
Consumers can take one scoop at the time, or more scoops according to their needs, without having the rest of the gelato mass melt and re-freeze over and over again.
