For many years now we have been collaborating with international professionals in this particular sector for the Praline presination. In addition to the 60 types of tea collected from around the world and the 12 high quality chocolates we have created a series of unique products: in addition to the classic “Origin” and dark pepper we have created four blocks of chocolate complimenting the worldwide antic quality. Our blocks of chocolate have a unique element: Matcha tea white chocolate, Gelsomino milk chocolate, Japonese Rose dark chocolate, and Lapsand Souchong are only some of the 12 types of chocolate we sell.
We also have the limited edition “La Perla dei due Mondi” (The Pearl of Two Worlds): a exclusive combination of cacao and tea. Silver Pearl Mountain is a white tea made up of little pearls, it adds a fine taste and variety when blended with cacao, Costa Rica, Ecuadoer, New Guinea.
Our classical, white and dark chocolate is prepared using a traditional antic reciepe using genuine and simple ingredients: chocolate, cacao, fresh milk and sugar. Our chocolate drink is defined by the antic Maya as “the drink of kings” can be drunk as it is, or with whipped cream, or with natural spices to add an aroma: from cinimon to peperoni to anaceed. For the summer time we have invented a cold chocolate drink: milk and Ecuadorian cacao 71% to enjoy the warmer moments. In our outlets it is possible to buy powdered cacao to try at home.
In vast choice of cakes the Tenerina has to be highlighted: dark chocolate cake made without using flour.
Chocolate covered fruit. Another reason to spoil yourself. Lemon and bergamot from Calabria, fig, Navel orange and Savona chinotto carfully picked and mixed with our chocolate to have a fresh appealling taste.
For a break you can try our delicious nut cream. A delicate cream prepared by our pastry chef with 45% Piemonte nuts, chocolate and no added aroma.
Our menu offers a variety of snacks. Dark chocolate coccantini are a must, coralli make up of milk and white chocolate with a nut and almond finish, and a selection of milk chocolate and rice.
